London-based contemporary saxophonist David Zucchi has distinguished himself as a performer of classical, jazz, experimental, and pop music, collaborating throughout the UK, Europe, and Canada. Working both as a soloist and as a member of a number of projects, including RJK, Alex Paxton’s Dream Musics, Syzygy, and Ensemble x.y, his playing encompasses a broad range of styles, from hypnotic loops to unhinged free improvisation.
